Sundial

Shared conversations

Share a Sundial conversation with your organization via a link, including its artifacts.

Every conversation starts private, visible only to you. When you want a teammate to see an analysis or pick up where you left off, you can share the conversation with your organization.

Sharing a conversation

Open the conversation's access control and switch it from Private to Unlisted. Sundial gives you a link you can copy and send. Anyone in your organization with the link can view and continue the conversation, including any artifacts it produced.

Only the conversation's owner can change its access. Sharing is org-scoped: the link works for members of your organization, not the public internet.

Revoking access

To stop sharing, set the conversation back to Private. The link stops working and the conversation is visible only to you again.

Sharing individual artifacts

You don't have to share a whole conversation to share its output. A single App or Artifact can be shared on its own from the Library, and reports can be downloaded (for example as PDF) to send outside Sundial.

Sharing sensitive data

Shared conversations and artifacts can expose underlying data to everyone in your organization. Share deliberately, and set a conversation back to private when it no longer needs to be open.
